RingCentral-integrated dialer with live transcription and automatic voicemail drops. Producer call volume rose from about 10 to 50 dials a day, and the lead-to-bind ratio improved by 20%.
Led the move of a core service from AWS SAM to Kubernetes on EKS, removing cold starts and wrapper overhead for a 60% latency reduction.
CI/CD pipelines for automated SDK publishing and end-to-end testing, with 100% endpoint coverage across Python, TypeScript, and Java. Supported the WorldPay and PayPal integrations with guided developer-portal walkthroughs and sales proofs of concept.
Built InsurGPT and the COI, billing, endorsement, and HR automation systems across insurance operations, plus AI-assisted calling workflows with transcription, voicemail automation, and warm lead transfer. Received the Best Engineer Award in January 2026.
