I build backend and agentic systems that take action, not just answer questions: issuing documents inside a CRM, routing leads across an app with a million users, dialing and transcribing calls. Four years in, mostly Python and TypeScript, usually closer to production than prototype. I like to take ownership and own things end to end.
Answers carrier and state eligibility questions from internal documents and can issue policies, make endorsements, and process cancellations inside the EPIC CRM, issuing Certificates of Insurance and ID cards through 80+ SOAP tool calls. Service reps went from managing two producers to ten; the team saves roughly $5,000 a month.
N8N and AI mailbox automations that monitor high-traffic service queues and close out COI, billing, and endorsement requests end to end. Raised team throughput by roughly 80%.
Rebuilt the Meshroom photogrammetry pipeline into modular RabbitMQ nodes for an e-commerce 3D model platform, with plug-and-play React integration. Draco compression cut model size by 90%, speeding up load times. Won 3rd Best Final Year Project at SEECS Open House 2025.
Central AI ticketing system that routes and resolves employee requests from a single queue, streamlining HR operations across every portfolio company under Moatable.
RingCentral-integrated dialer with live transcription and automatic voicemail drops. Producer call volume rose from about 10 to 50 dials a day, and the lead-to-bind ratio improved by 20%.
Led the move of a core service from AWS SAM to Kubernetes on EKS, removing cold starts and wrapper overhead for a 60% latency reduction.
